I have experience working with athletes and will get you show ready for any of the following divisions: Bikini, Figure, Physique, or Bodybuilding. This package will include text/email for daily questions and concerns along with the following components:.

Posing practice: $10 per class

100% Natural Drug Free Prep

Assistance setting up tan, hotel, etc. for event if needed.

For competitors in Colorado I will be onsite for your show date and will be able to assist with any last minute details in addition to helping you back stage. Prior to the show, I provide you with a list of items to bring and also the "day of" meal plan.

I'm available throughout the day in person and also via text/phone. You've worked hard to step on stage; I aim to make this day go as smoothly as possible!
