I would like to share my experience from AIM. I was off and on dealing with right shoulder issues. I finally made up my mind to work on it. After Dr. visit,I found I have a pretty healthy shoulder joint; but as you can see from chest wires from open heart surgery from 6.5 years ago, I was fearful about training for 6.5 years after surgery. My body wanted to protect the wires in my chest so my shoulder tried compensating for that and ended up causing issues with the shoulder.
I always suggest to everybody, do not emotionally train and diet. Most important thing is to get to your fitness goal is to manage feelings (be happy) !
